My stay at the hotel was quite satisfactory. The room had a slight odor when I entered, but it improved once the cooling/heating was on. The shaving kit provided needed improvement as the foam was insufficient for a complete shave, at least for an average person. However, eventually, I did get a good room that met my expectations.
